All content, including but not limited to the "Ume" name, logo, agentic architecture descriptions, and aesthetic design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ume Intelligence, Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Stealth mode disclosure

Information provided on this site is for informational purposes only and describes a product currently in stealth development. Features and specifications are subject to change without notice.

4. Governing law

Any claim relating to Ume Intelligence, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. SMS messaging terms

When you opt in to text messages from Ume Intelligence, Inc., by entering your mobile number in the Ume app or by giving it to someone at Ume so that a document can be sent to you, you agree to receive texts about sign-in codes, documents shared with you, reminders that a shared document is about to expire, and replies to requests you make.

To stop: text STOP to the number that messaged you. We send one final text to confirm you are unsubscribed, and nothing after it. For help: reply HELP to any message or write to hello@umehq.ai.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and by you. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
